Our basic website package includes a professionally designed static website consisting of agreed pages such as Home, About Us, Services, Contact Us, and FAQ. The website is primarily informational and intended to establish an online presence for your business.
Project delivery timelines typically range from 7 to 14 business days, depending on the availability of client-provided content and prompt feedback. Delays caused by late submissions or revisions may extend delivery time.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, text content, images, logos, and contact details. We are not liable for errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the client.
The basic package includes a limited number of minor revisions. Major design changes, additional pages, or new features requested after project commencement may attract additional charges.
Advanced features such as blog systems, visitor analytics, SEO optimization beyond basic setup, custom forms, integrations, or dynamic functionality are considered add-ons and will be priced separately.
Basic SEO includes page titles, meta descriptions, and search engine visibility setup. We do not guarantee specific rankings or traffic levels, as search engine performance depends on external factors beyond our control.
Domain registration and hosting may be included or offered as optional services depending on the selected package. Renewal fees, where applicable, are the responsibility of the client.
All payments are required upfront unless otherwise agreed in writing. Due to the nature of digital services, payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.
Upon full payment, clients retain ownership of the website content provided by them. We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise requested in writing.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the website or related services.
